Raising awareness of missions around the world.

Latin Herald Missions

Mission Statement
To take the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ to the unreached.
Upon graduating from International Bible College in 1976, Bro and Sis Vickery went immediately to the Texas Mexico Border and began a pioneer missions work in Piedras Negras Mexico. From that beginning, there are currently over 30 outreaches of Churches, home missions, hospital, and evangelistic programs covering a 350 mile area in Northern Mexico. Our outreach ministries are ministering the Gospel by conducting over 100 services each week. Iglesias Pentecostales Emanuel was established and registered with the Mexican Government to give Government recognition and coverage to all the outreaches. There are currently more than 40 Pastors and Evangelists working under that covering. After working in Mexico for over 40 years, the Lord extended our ministry into the country of Peru in 2005.

Our outreach into Peru is in the deep Amazon Jungle areas that are extremely remote and mostly untouched by the Gospel. The Lord has allowed us to plant jungle churches in 4 tribal areas. Already we have baptized 38 new converts from the church in Miraflores. This church has planted another church about an hour upriver from their tribal area, and have sent out a missionary couple to start a home mission in Venezuela. Please keep this work in your prayers . The Amazon jungle is larger than Spain, France, and Germany combined. There are over 10,000 Indian tribes living in the jungle of Peru. Of these, 7000 tribes have had some evangelization but 3000 tribes have yet to be touched with the Gospel The deep jungle people are extremely primitive. They have nothing of this worlds goods. Please help us reach them with the Gospel message that will insure them an eternity in the joy and presence of the Lord. Sis Connie is an ordained minister and Dr. Vickery functions in an Apostolic anointing.

After ministering many years in Latin America, and with the Holy Spirits leading, we have begun an outreach into the country of Honduras. We are reaching out to the people of the mountains. These too are neglected and overlooked individuals. This involves much work and physical effort, but the blessings that follow are of great reward.
