Dr. Jonathan C. Carey J.P. is the Founder of the CTC Network, Lead pastor of Glad Tidings Community Church, and president of the Key West Educational Broadcast Foundation Inc. Dr. Carey has served as a Minister of the Gospel for more than 30 years. Jonathan has an educational service background that spans 15 years. He has served as a Subject Teacher, Head of Department, School Guidance Counselor, Public and Private School Administrator and as President-Elect of the Grand Bahama Principals and Vice-Principals Association.
In 1993, Dr. Carey spearheaded the development of Programme S.U.R.E. (Success Ultimately Reassures Everyone) a Bahamian Public alternative school for students with chronic disciplinary problems, and served as the principal for six years. Jonathan has also served as a member of the Bahamas National Crime Commission, and as chairperson of the Bahamas National Youth Advisory Board, and as chairperson of The Ministry of Tourism, West Grand Bahama Community Tourism Board. In 1993, He earned a Ph.D. in Pastoral Psychology from Faith Theological Seminary, Tampa, Florida. Jonathan is a Clinical Supervisor and Diplomate Member of the National Board of Christian Clinical Therapists, a Marriage Officer for The Bahamas and Florida, and a Justice of The Peace in The Commonwealth of The Bahamas.

Jonathan and his wife Shena are the proud parents of three adult children. Jonathan and Shena are based out of Key West, Florida.
