Raising awareness of missions around the world.

John Mortimer, Jr.

Mission Statement
At 8 years old John E. Mortimer found himself going to Mexico to live and work with his Parents, John F., Helena Mortimer, as Missionaries among the Aztec Indians. At age 13 he started to work along side his Dad. They worked with the Aztec Indians in the mountains of Mexico training and teaching them God's word, etc. After many years God began to move in their hearts it was time to move on to the Amazon...Their long awaited Dream and Vision. They turned their work over to another Missionary that they had trained up and started to prepare for the next phase of their Ministry.
Amazon; Peru, South America.
We've been Missionaries living here for 19 years. In this time we have established Churches in remote areas of the Jungle. The river is our road so we have used many types of boats for travel. We help medically as needed. Also assist Medical Groups with translation, etc. We have built a Mission Base in the City of Iquitos. We have purchased land for a future Music & Ministry School. We train up Peruvians to be Pastors, Leaders, Evangelists & etc. to take the Gospel to their people. We have helped train others for the Ministry and they have gone on to other Countries. We help in Campaigns, Street Ministry, Concerts, Youth events, Children's Ministry, etc. We also help other Missionaries and other Ministries as needed. John and Cindy have been married 22 years. The Lord has blessed them with 3 Beautiful Children. Melissa, Shanda, John "Vince" Mortimer.
